Grandma Veater's funeral potatoes

7 large potatoes, cooked with skin on, peel
½ c. mayonnaise
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1 c. sharp cheese
1 pint sour cream
1/3 c. green onion, chopped
Pour over and put in casserole
Sprinkle with 1 c. grated cheese. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes. Take out and put buttered corn flakes on top. Bake an additional 10 minutes.
